IMEI Repair services are refundable only if the order has not started processing. Once the repair process begins, the order cannot be canceled.
Non-Refundable IMEI Cases

- Incorrect IMEI submitted for writing to the device
- Single-use IMEI repair already initiated
- Customer error or failure to meet device requirements
4) Carrier / Network Unlock Services
Network Unlock services are refundable only if the order has not entered processing. Many services are instant, but some require multi-step procedures.
If an order has passed Step 1 (secure device data reading), it becomes non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
5) Digital Files, Software & License Activations
Digital goods include software tools, source code, firmware files, license keys, and activation services. Once any digital item is delivered, accessed, downloaded, or activated, it is considered fulfilled.

6) Order Status Definitions
